1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage. Together we refer to these as “cookies” in this policy. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and help us understand how the site is used.

Embedded third-party tools

Some pages embed third-party tools that may set their own cookies when you interact with them: the chat widget (a third-party messaging provider, loaded when you open the chat) and the demo booking embed on our contact page (a third-party scheduling provider). These run under their own privacy and cookie notices.

4. Third-party cookies

The analytics and embedded tools above are provided by third parties who may set cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies. A periodic cookie scan confirms the exact names and durations of any third-party cookies.

6. Cookie lifetime and storage

Durations are shown in the tables above. “Session” cookies are deleted when you close your browser; others persist for the period stated or until you delete them. Your consent choice itself is stored for 12 months.

7. Legal basis (PECR and UK GDPR)

We set non-essential cookies only with your consent, as required by the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. Personal data collected via cookies is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
